Ignition Law are continuing to grow their team of lawyers who provide legal advice for start-ups, scale-ups and entrepreneurs with the addition of corporate and commercial lawyer Julia Ellis.
Julia is an experienced senior in-house commercial lawyer and has broad ranging experience across the private, public and third sectors. She has advised on commercial contracts, procurement and tendering, IT, outsourcing, general corporate and M&A, intellectual property, marketing, data protection, regulatory advice and disputes and litigation.
Julia joins from an in-house role at TJX Inc. (a.k.a TK Maxx). Previous to this, she worked as senior in-house counsel for Centrica. She worked in private practice at Taylor Vinters and Weil, Gotshal and Manges before moving in-house.
