Ignition Law have welcomed corporate and commercial lawyer Lauren Long to their team of lawyers, who provide legal advice for start-ups, scale-ups and entrepreneurs.
Lauren joins from Herbert Smith Freehills, where she spent time in both the London and the Moscow offices. She specialises in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity.
