Polly has successfully developed a longstanding client base of SMEs in business consulting, tech/internet, PR, estate offices/private individuals, financial services including: a private investment bank and an associated charitable foundation, an internationally-expanding consulting firm, and a retail brand. She advises on a full range of HR/employment law issues mainly acting for employers and helps them to manage their employee-related disputes. Polly is responsive and commercial in approach.
Polly has been at Ignition since January 2000. Her legal career started at Charles Russell in the City. In 2006, she then became one of the first generation of ‘agile’ lawyers, developing her own independent practice within the umbrella firm, Halebury, before bringing her clients to Ignition.
