Francesca Yardley started her legal career at Linklaters in 2005 before qualifying into their corporate team. She focused primarily on private equity transactions and also spent time on secondment in Tokyo, Stockholm, BP and Actavis. Francesca left Linklaters in 2012 to join R&R Ice Cream (now Froneri) as the sole General Counsel. This was followed by a move to Hambro Perks where she was involved in advising start-ups on funding rounds, employment related matters and employee incentive schemes.
Since then, Francesca has co-founded a tech start up, Threads, and was recently appointed as a Justice of the Peace in the Family Court.
