Fai joined Ignition Law in August 2019 as a paralegal in the corporate team. He is now Ignition Law’s first trainee solicitor and works across multiple departments at the same time.
In addition to providing general legal assistance for Ignition Law fee earners, Fai has extensively worked with early stage start-up clients on all manners of corporate law such as pre-investment capital tidy-ups and the adoption of B Corp eligible governing documents.
Prior to joining Ignition Law Fai completed the Legal Practice Course with an MSc in Law, Business and Management (LPC) with a Distinction and the Graduate Diploma in Law with a Commendation. During his LPC, he completed multiple pro bono placements with the Environmental Law Foundation, where he advised clients on a range of environmental legal issues.
